Common Problems and Maintenance of Rubber Belts
Aging and Wear:
Cause: Long-term exposure to high temperatures, humidity, or frequent braking leads to rubber hardening and fiber breakage.
Solution: Regularly check the thickness (replacement is required if it is less than 3mm) and avoid using corrosive cleaners.
Abnormal Noise and Failure of Brake Return:
Cause: Aging of the rubber sleeve, foreign objects jamming, or improper installation.
Solution: Replace aging components, ensure accurate installation position, and prevent lubricating grease from coming into contact with rubber parts.
Handling High-Temperature Environments:
Select high-temperature resistant models (such as Bacoult 3A quiet brake pads), regularly clean the heat dissipation holes of the brake disc, and avoid continuous braking for a long time.
