Common Marking Specifications for Bearing Foreign Trade
Bearing models adopt international standardized marking. Customers can directly judge the specifications and types through the model. Foreign trade markings shall be clear and unified. The core specifications are as follows:
Composition of Rolling Bearing Models (Applicable to National Standards / ISO)
Prefix code + Basic code + Suffix code
Prefix code: Indicates the sub-components of the bearing (e.g., L indicates separable inner ring, which is rarely used).
Basic code: The core part, indicating the bearing type, dimension series and inner diameter (must be marked in foreign trade).Example: 6204 → 6 (Type: Deep groove ball bearing) + 2 (Dimension series) + 04 (Inner diameter: 04×5=20mm).
Suffix code: Indicates the precision class, clearance, lubrication, sealing, etc. (marked as required in foreign trade).Example: 6204/P6-2RS → P6 (Precision class 6) + 2RS (Double-sided rubber seal).
