Failure phenomenon of incomplete clutch separation
When the engine is idling, if the clutch pedal is pressed down, there will be a sound of gear banging and it is difficult to hang up. If the clutch pedal is barely hung up, the engine will completely flout when the clutch pedal is not completely relaxed.
Cause of incomplete clutch separation
1, the clutch pedal free stroke is too large;
2, the separation lever bending deformation, bearing loosening, bearing shaft pin out, so that the height of the inner end of the separation lever is difficult to adjust;
3, individual separation spring fatigue, height is insufficient or broken;
4, driven plate steel warping, friction breakage or rivet loosening;
5, clutch hydraulic control mechanism oil leakage, air or oil insufficient;
6, engine support wear or damage engine crankshaft and transmission input shaft is not coaxial.
