The performance of clutch oil shortage, how often to change the clutch oil

The symptoms of clutch oil deficiency are that the clutch pedal is soft, the clutch fails to work, and the clutch plate cannot be completely separated after the clutch pedal is pressed down. Because of the manual transmission model, the engine and gearbox power connection mainly rely on the clutch plate, and control clutch pedal is in fact to control the clutch plate cut and combined.

Judge whether the clutch is short of oil can be opened by opening the car engine chamber cover to check the amount of oil in the clutch tank, if it is lower than the standard line, you can continue to check whether the oil leakage along the tubing, to find out the cause of less oil; After the exclusion of no obvious leakage, check whether the clearance between the separation bearing and the separation lever exceeds the standard range (normally 3-4mm), resulting in large displacement of the piston of the working bar and the rubber bowl, thus increasing the required fuel consumption.

At present, most clutch oil is brake oil (brake fluid), and are also installed in a tank of brake fluid, so the replacement of clutch oil is also called replacement of brake fluid; It can be replaced every 2 to 3 years, or 4 to 6 kilometers, whichever comes first.

If the clutch oil in the vehicle is not replaced in time, it will gradually become dirty and cause heavy clutch. The better quality clutch oil at low temperature has strong liquidity, good rust resistance and swelling resistance of rubber. At the same time, its boiling point should reach the working environment temperature of about 200 degrees.
