Second, the clutch separation is not complete
The engine starts to talk about the clutch pedal to the end, the engine power can not be completely cut off to hang the gear.
Fault causes: 1. clutch pedal free travel is too large; 2. separation lever adjustment is too low or new friction plate is too thick; 3. clutch middle pressure plate limit screw adjustment error; 4. clutch steel plate deformation. Troubleshooting:Adjust the clutch pedal free travel drink middle plate limit screws, if the newly replaced friction plate is too thick, between the clutch shell and flywheel, increase the thickness of the appropriate flat pads, circle on the fixed bolt adjustment, and then try again ineffective, the fault is in the clutch internal, need to be disassembled for maintenance.
Third, the clutch shivering
Shivering is mainly clutch engagement, can not be uniformly comprehensive engine power transmission to the transmission, caused by the phenomenon of vibration at the start.
Reason: 1. Separation lever height inconsistency, not in a working plane; 2. clutch pressure plate spring spring force is not uniform or individual spring breakage; 3. moving disc steel warping is not flat, the flywheel work surface jumping serious; 4. friction wear serious rivets loose.
Troubleshooting:First check whether the engine bracket and transmission bolts or shock absorbers are loose and damaged. Then open the clutch inspection hole, adjust the release lever to a plane, and observe the oil and friction disc, and finally disassemble the other checks.
Fourth, clutch rattling
Clutch rattling, manifested in the engine after starting, not pedal down or pedal down and start to engage the abnormal sound.
Reason: 1. clutch pedal return spring elasticity defects, broken, fall off, so that the separation bearing and separation lever touch each other; 2. clutch separation bearing oil shortage or damage; 3. friction plate wear serious rivets loose, steel deformation warping.
Failure to check: first check the clutch return, hook the pedal back with your foot, the sound disappears, return spring spring defects, replace the spring; when the pedal so that the separation bearing and separation lever contact, issued a "shala shala" ringing, is the separation bearing oil, lubrication and then try again, there is a ringing sound, bearing damage, replace the bearing.
