First, the clutch slipping
When the car starts to release the clutch pedal, the engine power can not be fully transferred to the transmission, the car can not start, the engine speed is very high, and the car speed can not be increased with the clutch, the clutch sends out a burnt taste or smoke, heavy loads are more pronounced, in order to confirm whether the slipping, you can tighten the hand brake with the second gear to start, the engine idle, that is, to prove that the clutch is slipping.
Clutch slippage causes: 1. clutch pedal no free travel; 2. clutch middle pressure plate limit bolt adjustment error; 3. friction plate wear over the limit or oil; 4. friction plate burned or hardened, the clutch pressure plate spring spring force 鋏 trap.
Troubleshooting: first adjust the pedal free travel, and then adjust the middle pressure plate limit bolts, from the clutch inspection holes to observe the oil and friction discs, no effect after the test drive, the fault is inside the clutch, you need to open the clutch overhaul.
