Abnormal sound of clutch

Phenomenon: abnormal sound occurs when the clutch is engaged, separated or the speed changes.  For example, clutch will have "sand rustle" sound when just engaging, engage, when separating or speed produces change "k, k" ring.

Causes and solutions:

 A. The free travel of clutch pedal is not enough

It can be improved by adjusting the length of the cable or the length of the clutch push rod.

B. The shock absorption spring on the clutch plate is broken

Will produce torsional vibration noise, should repair or replace the driven disk.

C, the separation bearing lacks oil or is damaged

There will be a "squeak" sound. At this time, the separation bearing should be oiled or replaced.

 D. Pressure plate diaphragm spring is not in the same horizontal position

The diaphragm spring of the pressure plate is not in the same horizontal position, which is easy to break the damping spring of the clutch plate or damage the clutch plate itself.  At this point should check whether the diaphragm spring at the same level to give correction or replacement.

 E. Too much wear on clutch plate

If the clutch plate is worn too much, it will cause the rivet and flywheel or pressure plate friction to produce abnormal sound.  Replacement treatment should be given.

 F. The clutch pedal sounds abnormally

Not used for a long time, or after the pedal position rust will produce abnormal sound, we can skid lubrication.
