Clutch shaking

Phenomenon: When the clutch is gently engaged in normal operation, the car does not accelerate gradually and smoothly.  It starts intermittently and even shakes the car until the clutch is fully engaged.  

Causes and solutions:  

A. Pressure plate diaphragm spring is not in the same horizontal position  

When the diaphragm spring is not in the same horizontal position, it will also make the clutch compaction time is not consistent, the pressure plate is uneven and even the pressure plate is skewed.  Cause the main, driven disk contact is bad, cause clutch shaking.  At this point should be given correction or replacement.  

B, clutch sheet warping deformation  

In the process of clutch engagement, the clutch plate can not be regular contact, the pressure can not increase smoothly.  The clutch plate should be replaced at this time.  

C, the installation position is not at the same level  

Engine installation is loose or transmission shaft and engine crankshaft centerline is not in line, will produce clutch shaking, this time should be tight because of the engine or replacement parts.  

Heavy clutch pedal  

For the clutch with pneumatic booster or oil and gas booster, such as heavy pedal, the power system is not working well.  

Causes and solutions: leakage of the pipeline system, wear of the cylinder piston seal ring, lax exhaust valve sealing and so on will cause poor power effect or no power.  We can find out the reason at this time to solve the replacement.
