2. Insulation layer

During the braking process of the vehicle, due to the high-speed friction between the brake pad and the brake disc, a large amount of heat is generated instantaneously. If the heat is directly transferred to the metal back plate of the brake pad, it will cause the brake cylinder to overheat, and in severe cases may cause The dynamic fluid creates air resistance. After the brake pads are ablated by high temperature and high pressure, the running-in period between the new brake pads and the original brake discs will be shortened, and the high temperature of the brakes can be effectively isolated, so as to maintain a stable braking safety distance and braking comfort.

3. One-time hot pressing
