Pressing process of friction sheet
The main process of friction sheet production is hot pressing, which is traditionally divided into two categories: dry production process and wet production process. The common dry production process is the main process, and the wet type not only has many process processes, long time, large energy consumption, but also has large equipment investment, and is not widely used.
Dry production process is in the friction sheet mixing process binder - resin or rubber in powder form. This process has the following characteristics:
1. The produced friction sheet is a fiber powder mixture.
2. The process of pressing is convenient to feed, easy to distribute evenly in the mold cavity, good fluidity, and can be made of cold embryo by preforming process and then hot pressing.
3. The process is simple and the product performance is adjustable.
4. During the mixing process, the fiber has good extensibility and the friction sheet has high strength.
5. The friction sheet cost is low.
Due to the above advantages, the dry process can meet the performance requirements of most friction plates.
