Maintenance and Care
Regular Inspections
Check the wear condition of brake hubs, including the inner diameter of brake drums, the thickness and flatness of brake discs, etc. Replace them immediately when wear reaches the limit value1.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Regularly clean dust, oil stains, and rust from the surface of brake hubs to keep brake components clean. This prevents debris from entering the braking system and affecting braking performance.
Lubrication
Lubricate relevant moving parts of the braking system, such as the pistons and guide pins of brake calipers, to ensure smooth movement and avoid jamming.
