Usually our friction plates are worn in two forms, one is the physical wear of braking friction and the chemical wear after heating.
Physical wear: Physical wear mainly converts kinetic energy into heat energy through friction. This friction process will slowly consume some friction plates. Chemical wear: Chemical wear mainly decomposes the organic binder on the surface of the friction plate through the heat energy generated by friction, so the use of the friction plate is relatively expensive. Therefore, when the factory produces the friction plate, it will be adjusted according to the working environment of the product. Adjust the friction material to improve the temperature resistance of the friction plate, and the organic binder of the friction plate will not be easily decomposed, so the use of the friction plate is longer.
