A forklift clutch plate is a medium converter that transfers engine power to the gearbox. The material of the forklift clutch plate is similar to the brake pad, and the friction plate has certain high temperature resistance. In the process of the forklift truck driving, step on the clutch pedal, the clutch plate will be separated from the engine flywheel, and then switch from the high position to the low position or the low position to the high position, when the clutch plate and the engine flywheel through the clutch pressure plate connection.
First, forklift clutch plate replacement cycle
In theory, the clutch plate should be a vulnerable part of the forklift. But in fact, many cars only have to change the clutch plate for a few years, and some forklifts may have tried the clutch plate to replace the smell of burning. How often should it be changed? Please refer to the following points to make a replacement judgment:
1. The more the forklift clutch is used, the higher it is.

3. After the forklift has been operating for a period of time, it can smell the smell of being burnt;
4, the simplest detection method is: you can hang a 1 gear, pull the handbrake (or step on the brake) and start, if the forklift engine is not turned off, it can be directly judged that the forklift clutch plate should be changed.
5, hang a first gear start, feel uneven when the clutch, the forklift front and rear rush dynamic, pressure plate, stepping, lifting the clutch when uncomfortable, need to replace the forklift clutch.
6, every time you lift the clutch can hear the sound of metal friction, the most likely reason is that the forklift clutch plate has been worn more seriously.
7, the forklift engine can not run at high speed, the front or second gear engine at low speed, suddenly put the accelerator to the end, the speed increased significantly and the speed did not accelerate, it means that the clutch of the forklift is slipping and needs to be replaced.
8, some experienced repairmen or drivers, according to their daily driving feeling difference to determine whether the forklift clutch plate to change.
2. How does technology sharing reduce clutch wear?
1, do not shift the clutch;
2, step on the clutch pedal semi-linkage time should not be too long, according to road conditions or slope to timely release the clutch pedal or change the gear;
3, need to slow down do not step on the clutch pedal too early, should wait until the speed drops to a reasonable range and then step on the clutch pedal to reduce the clutch idling;
4. When the forklift is stopped, the neutral gear should be removed and the clutch pedal should be released, which can avoid increasing the burden of the forklift clutch.
