How to evaluate the quality of brake pads?
The quality of brake pads (brake pads/brake discs) is not simply selected for racing cars, it is as simple as that. We're going to look at:
1) What is the coefficient of friction of the brake pad?
2) How long is the effective working temperature of the brake pads?
3) How fast do brake pads wear out?
4) How loud is the noise when detenting?
5) How much stamina powder is released from the brake pads when braking?
6) Is the friction provided by the brake pads linear? Easy to master?
The higher the coefficient of friction, the higher the work efficiency of the brake pad. But choosing brake pads for your own car does not mean that the higher the brake pads, the more suitable for your needs. The weight and speed of different vehicles are different. For vehicles with low speed and light body, brake pads with high friction coefficient will damage the control and affect the driving experience.
