Cause of failure:

2. There is blockage in the fuel system
Elimination method: disassembly and cleaning
3, the oil pump does not supply oil or intermittent oil supply
Elimination method: inspection and repair
4. Poor injection of fuel injection pump
Elimination method: Check the injector spray condition
5, the oil supply advance Angle is wrong
Elimination method: Check the wear of the injection pump plunger and the oil outlet valve and whether the spring of the oil outlet valve is broken.
6. The intake damper is not open or the oil cut-off handle is in the oil cut-off position
Elimination method: Open the intake damper or make the oil cut-off handle in the oil supply position.
Second, lack of pressure
1, piston bad wear
Elimination method: Replace the piston ring
2. Piston ring bonding
Elimination method: Remove the glue
3. Valve leakage
Elimination method: valve spring broken or reduced elasticity, improper valve clearance, valve cone seal is not strict, do the corresponding treatment.
4, the compression end temperature is low
Elimination method: the outside temperature is low, take preheating and other methods to solve.
Three, the failure of the electrical system
1. Battery power is insufficient
Elimination method: Recharge to meet the specified requirements
2, electrical wiring contact is poor
