Regularly check the bearing's temperature, noise and vibration; the normal operating temperature shall be ≤70℃ with no abnormal noise.Regularly replenish/replace grease/lubricating oil: grease lubrication shall be replaced every 3~6 months in general, and oil lubrication shall be replenished in a timely manner according to the oil level.Check the integrity of seals to prevent dust and moisture from entering the bearing interior (seal failure is one of the main causes of bearing damage).Avoid excessive impact loads and eccentric loads on the bearing to prevent plastic deformation of rolling elements and raceways.Use special tools (e.g., pullers) when disassembling the bearing, and avoid striking the inner/outer ring which may cause bearing deformation.
