Classification of friction plates

2. According to the product shape, it can be divided into brake pads (disc pads, drum pads), brake bands, brake shoes, clutch plates, and heterosexual friction plates. Disc discs are flat, drum discs are arc-shaped, brake shoes (train brake shoes and oil drilling rigs are arc-shaped products, but much thicker than ordinary arc-shaped brake pads, ranging from 25 to 30mm), brake bands (commonly used In agricultural machinery and construction machinery, it is a soft friction material), clutch plates are generally ring-shaped products, and heterosexual friction plates (used in various construction machinery, such as friction presses, electric hoists, etc.).
