Causes of friction plate failure
When the friction plate is in use, there are usually many unpredictable failures. If these failures are not solved in time, it may have a serious impact on our use. What are the reasons for these failures?
1. The friction plate installation does not meet the standard
The gap of the friction plate is usually changed and completed when it is put into production. After the friction plate is installed, the compliance of the gap should be approved, and the conformity certification should be carried out through the inspection test.
2. The friction plate wiring and joint are unstable
Its terminals should be installed under the specific nut of its own connecting wire together with the stator terminal to ensure that the customer's connection will never impact the reliability of its old wiring.
3. After the power is turned on, the friction plate is released
Maybe the reasons include damaged coils, unconnected power supply or insufficient voltage, and the working gap is too small to pull in.
4. The braking torque of the friction pad is not enough
The power is so low, the voltage is too high, the friction surface is impurity or damaged, the spring lack of elasticity or failure.
