Brake pad composition and structure

The brake pad is generally composed of a steel plate, a bonded heat insulating layer and a friction block, wherein the heat insulating layer is composed of a material that does not transfer heat, and is intended to be insulated. The friction block is composed of a friction material and an adhesive, and is squeezed on the brake disc or the brake drum to generate friction when braking, thereby achieving the purpose of decelerating the brake of the vehicle. Due to the friction, the friction blocks are gradually worn out, and generally the lower the cost, the faster the brake pads wear.
