Braided friction plate technology
Due to working hours, cost and other reasons, we commonly use dry production processes, while wet production processes are relatively rarely used, but there are still some, such as knitting production processes, which are wet production processes.
As the name suggests, the weaving production process means that the friction plates produced are like the previous bamboo mats, one grid at a time. There is also a unique way for weaving craftsmanship.
1. Raw materials---preparation of parison---forming and solidification---heat
treatment---subsequent processing. This is the most common manufacturing process, but due to different functions, technologies, materials, etc. of the braided friction plate, the process will also vary.
2. The continuous fibers of the braided friction plate can be woven into shape during the forming process of the friction plate, or can be woven into cloth or strip-shaped parison first.
