Adjustment and troubleshooting method of clutch control system of truck crane
(1) Separate bearing clearance
In order to prevent the separation bearing from early damage due to long-term pressure, the separation bearing and the upper end of the separation rocker arm should be left with a gap of 2 ~ 3mm. The inspection and adjustment methods are as follows:
First, the return spring on the separation rocker arm is removed, and the preload spring in the clutch cylinder is used to push the piston and push rod to support the separation rocker arm.
Secondly, push the separation rocker arm to check the amount of piston retraction in the power cylinder push rod and clutch power cylinder (should be able to retract 6 ~ 9m). If the amount of retract does not meet the requirements, loosen the locking nut of the booster cylinder push rod to adjust the push rod adjusting bolt. Finally, tighten the lock nut and install the return spring.
When the new truck crane is maintained for the first time, the separation bearing clearance should be re-adjusted. In the use of every 4000km run (first level maintenance), should check 1 separate bearing clearance. The separation bearing clearance should be adjusted once every 12000km (secondary maintenance).
(2) Exhaust the air in the hydraulic system
If there is air in the clutch hydraulic system, it will reduce the travel of the piston and push rod of the booster cylinder, resulting in incomplete clutch separation and difficulty in hanging gear. Therefore, the air in the clutch hydraulic system should be drained.
When venting, the clutch booster cylinder relief valve should be loosened first, and the oil should be added to the oil storage tank, and the oil should be added while pressing the clutch pedal until the oil flows out of the relief valve and then tighten the relief valve.
In order to quickly and thoroughly exhaust the air in the system, the segmented exhaust method can be used. The details are as follows:
Drain air from clutch master cylinder
Exhaust, quickly step on the clutch pedal after 2 to 3 times, the clutch pedal to the end is not relaxed. Then loosen the high pressure hose fixing nut at the clutch master cylinder, so that the air in the clutch master cylinder is discharged from this place, and then tighten the high pressure hose fixing nut, relax the pedal. Repeat the above action 4 ~ 6 times, you can exhaust the air in the clutch master cylinder.
Remove air from the line
Clutch pipeline in the middle of the installation position is high, easy to accumulate air. The air can be exhausted from the vent valve in the middle of the pipeline by the above-mentioned method.
