Process Material to Suppression Sheet Manufacturing Process

When the company receives an order, it will first confirm the material of the product, and confirm the ratio of friction material according to the requirements of the product. This is the first and crucial step for us to make friction plates. After confirming the ratio of friction materials, we went to the workshop to start production.

1. Inspection of friction materials, before the production of friction plates, we will compound the friction materials once, and check the friction materials for the second time and confirm whether there are impurities. Impurities will seriously affect the formation of the friction plate, and it is easy to break.

2. Batching, batching is carried out according to the technical work order of the product. Generally, there are two methods for batching. The two methods are manual batching and automatic batching of the computer automatic batching system. Of course, the latter is more accurate.

3. Mixing, mixing friction materials can be divided into wet mixing and semi-dry mixing. Commonly used mixers include three-shaft screw type, double-shaft type, and rake type, among which the rake type is the most commonly used.

4. Hot pressing, adding the friction material to the product abrasive tool, and pressing the material directly into the product by hot pressing. This step of suppression is actually very important. We have to control the temperature, time, pressure, etc. If there is a data error, the friction plate will be scrapped.

5. Heat treatment, in order to save the hot pressing time and improve the working efficiency of the hot pressing machine, the chemical effect of the resin and other organic components in the friction material after hot pressing is not completely sufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to further complete the heat treatment process at a certain temperature. Commonly used equipment is heat treatment box, programmable control stability.

6. Appearance treatment, necessary finishing for the appearance of the product, such as grinding, chamfering, painting, accessories, trademark printing, packaging, etc.
