GRTECH Group recently welcomed a distinguished guest – Mr. RANA, a good friend and long-term business partner of the company – who paid a special visit to the group's headquarters in Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, China, for in-depth talks on business cooperation in clutch kits and other tractor parts. During the visit, the two sides exchanged views around product demand, supply models and future market planning, laying a solid foundation for deeper win-win cooperation.
As GRTECH's flagship product line, the clutch kits integrate pressure plate, driven disc and release bearing into complete assemblies with outstanding technical performance. The pressure plate is made of precision-balanced ductile iron with high rigidity and stable clamping force; the driven disc adopts an aramid-reinforced high-friction facing rated for continuous operation at 350℃; the heat-treated diaphragm spring keeps clamp force consistent across tens of thousands of engagement cycles; and the shot-peened steel hub effectively withstands extreme torsional shock. Every kit is dynamically balanced within 5 g·mm and supports up to 450 N·m of torque, delivering a clear edge over most aftermarket alternatives in heat dissipation, wear resistance and service life.
For agricultural machinery, GRTECH offers clutch kits tailored to mainstream tractor models, including 310 mm and 350 mm assemblies compatible with Massey Ferguson and other globally popular brands. With OE-matching dimensions, precision-cut hub splines and rugged friction facings, these products are engineered for heavy tillage, continuous PTO operation, frequent engagement and dusty field conditions, ensuring smooth engagement, reliable power transmission and long maintenance intervals in the field. In total, GRTECH covers more than 2,000 clutch kit and component models, meeting around 85% of the vehicles on the market, backed by 500+ sizes and 50+ in-house friction compound designs.
All products are manufactured under the IATF 16949 certified quality system. Every unit undergoes 100% end-of-line testing covering clamp force uniformity, dynamic balance and release function before leaving the factory.
