GRTECH Group has completed the loading of one 40ft container carrying a total of 32,000 sets of differential gears, which have been fully delivered to Shanghai Port and are ready for shipment to overseas markets.
Differential gears are core transmission parts mounted inside the axle differential. They distribute engine torque to the left and right wheels and allow the wheels to rotate at different speeds when the vehicle turns, ensuring stable and safe driving. This batch covers multiple specifications with different sizes and tooth counts, suitable for trucks, tractors, agricultural machinery and passenger vehicles, and is supplied as complete sets precisely matched to the corresponding differential assemblies.
On the technical side, GRTECH differential gears are produced from selected high-strength alloy steel blanks through precision forging, CNC gear cutting and advanced carburizing heat treatment. The carburized surface achieves high hardness for outstanding wear resistance, while the tough core maintains excellent load-bearing capacity. Key parameters such as tooth profile, pitch and backlash are strictly controlled to ensure precise meshing with the mating gears.
In performance, the gears transmit torque smoothly and efficiently, run quietly with stable meshing, and show strong resistance to pitting, wear and fatigue under heavy-load and high-torque working conditions. In quality management, every gear set goes through strict full-process control covering incoming material inspection, in-process dimension measurement and final gear inspection, with complete records for material traceability and batch identification. All 32,000 sets in this batch are produced and verified under the same standardized process, ensuring consistent quality and reliable matching.
The goods were loaded into the 40ft container with standardized protective packing and delivered to Shanghai Port, where they will be shipped by sea to customers worldwide.
