GRTECH Group has successfully completed the full-process production, precision quality inspection and container loading of 10,000 pieces of high-performance clutch facings and 6,500 sets of heavy-duty truck brake linings. All products have been fully loaded into two 20ft standard containers and are ready for overseas delivery.
This batch of commercial vehicle friction components adopts self-developed modified composite formula and exclusive integrated molding technology, breaking the defects of unstable friction coefficient and poor high-temperature fatigue resistance of conventional products. With unique technical advantages in heavy-load resistance, thermal decay resistance and silent friction, it provides high-reliability matching solutions for medium and heavy trucks, engineering vehicles and logistics transportation equipment.
Different from ordinary market clutch facings with single material composition, GRTECH clutch facings adopt upgraded aramid fiber blended reinforced structure and high-temperature resistant modified phenolic resin substrate, equipped with independent porous heat dissipation micro-structure technology. This innovative structural design effectively solves the common industry pain points of sudden friction attenuation, severe jitter and short service life during long-term continuous slipping and high-load transmission. The product achieves a stable friction coefficient of 0.35-0.43 in the full temperature range from normal temperature to 550℃, with a thermal decay rate controlled below 7% after 100 consecutive friction cycles, far exceeding the national and international industry standard levels.
This series of clutch facings features ultra-low wear and high mechanical toughness. The optimized fiber surface modification process enhances the bonding compactness between the friction matrix and reinforcing fibers, avoiding layer separation and material peeling under frequent clutching and impact load conditions. With a bending strength of over 58N/mm² and excellent tensile and impact resistance, it can adapt to frequent start-stop and variable load working conditions of commercial vehicles. In addition, the product adopts fully asbestos-free and low-pollution formula, contains no harmful heavy metal components, fully complies with EU REACH, RoHS and domestic environmental protection standards, and realizes low-noise, stable and energy-saving power transmission while ensuring long service life.
The 6,500 sets of truck brake linings shipped this time are customized for heavy-load and long-distance transportation scenarios, targeting the extreme working conditions of frequent braking, high-temperature heat accumulation and heavy load impact of medium and heavy trucks. Abandoning the traditional single friction material proportioning process, the product adopts multi-component synergistic reinforcement formula and integral high-pressure hot-press molding process, with uniform internal material density and no internal pores or weak layers, achieving ultra-high structural stability and braking reliability.
In terms of extreme working condition performance, the brake linings maintain stable and linear braking friction performance at an extreme high temperature of 600℃, without sudden braking failure or friction recession. The unique anti-fatigue and anti-thermal shock formula enables the product to withstand thousands of times of high-intensity cold and hot alternation, effectively solving the problems of cracking, warping and excessive wear of traditional brake linings after long-term service. Meanwhile, the product has excellent low-temperature braking sensitivity, which can respond quickly in low-temperature, rainy and humid environments, ensuring consistent braking performance in all weather.
This container loading operation adopts standardized full-process quality control and protective packaging. All friction parts are screened and inspected layer by layer to eliminate defective products; customized moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-extrusion packaging is used to avoid extrusion deformation, moisture and dust pollution during ocean transportation and long-distance transit.
