Finally, we use a vulcanizing press to press the paper sheet and core board together. Under the high temperature of the vulcanizing press, the glue, paper sheet, and core board are well bonded together, so that the paper-based friction plate is roughly formed. Finally, we take out the vulcanized paper-based friction plate, press out the oil groove or mill out the oil groove according to the groove requirements of different products, and then go through finishing processing, so that our paper-based friction plate is produced.
