1. To choose a resin with good heat resistance as the adhesive material, in addition, the resin also needs to have a high thermal decomposition temperature and a low thermal weight loss temperature.
2. To choose a very fine powder resin, the professional point is that the selected powder resin should have a very high fineness, so that it will be more uniform when the material is dispersed and mixed with other materials.
3. The selected resin should have suitable curing speed, flow distance and low free phenol content.
It can be seen that the selection of the adhesive as the main part of the friction material is single, and it is all carried out around the selection of the resin, that is, from the existing resin materials, the one that best matches the characteristics of the friction plate and is most conducive to its function is selected.
