1. For the mixing of raw materials, the product formula we need is automatically batched through the computer, so that the batching is more accurate and the error is reduced. The basic ingredients of the friction plate are composed of metal fibers, organic fibers, binders and other materials.
2. Hot-press forming, introduce the friction material prepared by us into the abrasive tool, and adjust the temperature, pressure and time through the equipment to hot-press the friction material into the prototype of the friction plate. If a liner is required, we also add it while hot pressing.
3. In the baking stage, in order to make the chemical reaction of the friction plate more thorough, more stable and more heat-resistant, the general heat treatment must be subjected to high temperature treatment for more than 6 hours.
4. Grinding, according to the size of the product, we use grinding equipment to grind off the excess friction plate. This is not only to grind off the excess corners, but also to make the product more beautiful and regular.
5. Inspection and packaging.
These are just the simplest steps, just a few steps above, a simple friction plate will take up to a day of uninterrupted time to come out what we see outside.
