Precautions for the use of brake pads
Brake pads, also known as brake pads, are rubbed by the friction material on the surface of the brake pad, so the brake pad has high requirements on the wear resistance of the friction material on the surface. When making brake pads in the factory, it is especially required that the wear resistance of the brake pads must be good, which also greatly increases the service life of the brake pads.
The brake pads are generally divided into two parts: the bottom plate and the friction pads. The quality of the brake pads is also determined by the friction pads. We install the brake pads on the braking system, and brake through the friction between the brake pads and the brake disc, which tests the wear resistance and heat resistance of the brake pads. If the brake pads are not replaced for a long time, when the friction material on the surface is worn out, the bottom plate will rub against the brake disc, which will damage the brake disc and increase the maintenance cost, so everyone should replace the brake pads evenly.
The factory will adjust the material ratio of the brake pads according to the actual product. Since the brake pads must be resistant to friction and high temperature, the friction material ratio will focus on adding wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials.
