How to choose a car clutch facing?
1. Check whether the product packaging is in good condition
Products produced by regular manufacturers have clear packaging and printing, with license numbers, specified friction coefficients, implementation standards, etc., and the packaging boxes have information such as certification, production batch number or date.
2. Look at the appearance of the product
Check whether there are many exposed parts of the glue line on the surface of the automobile clutch cover, whether the glue line pattern is regularly arranged, whether there is any defect on the surface, whether the ash discharge groove is unobstructed, whether there is a whole piece of glue on the surface, and whether there is copper wire in the glue line. Copper or brass, do not buy products with oil stains, cracks, blisters, etc. It is necessary to buy products with regular patterns of glue lines, clean friction surfaces, and no glue blocks.
3. Look at the product flatness
Place the product on a relatively flat platen or desktop, and the clutch surface should fit well, and there should be no partial warping.

Consumers need to replace the driven disc assembly in the following situations:
(1) The clutch slips during use.
(2) The product has been used for more than 6 years.
(3) When the clutch face plate is contaminated with oil or grease.
(4) When a peculiar smell is found when the clutch is shifted.

It is not possible to knock out the used clutch face plate of the replaced clutch driven plate assembly and then rivete the new clutch face plate. The entire driven plate assembly or the entire clutch should be replaced.
