For example: riveted friction discs: require certain impact strength, riveting stress, compressive strength, etc.

Bonded friction disc: The disc disc must have sufficient normal temperature bonding strength and high temperature (300°C) bonding strength to ensure that the friction material and the steel backing are firmly bonded and can withstand the high shear force of the disc disc during the braking process. , without causing mutual separation, causing serious consequences of braking failure.

The clutch friction plate is required to have sufficient impact strength, static bending strength, maximum strain value and rotational damage strength, in order to ensure that the clutch plate is not damaged during transportation and riveting processing, and to ensure that the clutch plate operates under high-speed rotating working conditions. No cracking occurred.
