Friction coefficient and main properties of brake pads
The most important performance index of the vehicle sheet is the coefficient of friction (the coefficient of friction is a constant). The vehicle friction coefficient stipulated in our national standard is within 0.35-0.40. Qualified lenses have moderate and stable friction coefficients. If the friction coefficient is lower than 0.35, the forklift will exceed the safe manufacturing distance or even fail. If the friction coefficient is higher than 0.40, the forklift will easily lock suddenly and roll over.
It refers to the ratio of the friction force between two surfaces to the normal force acting on one surface. The nature of motion can be divided into kinetic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient.
Fs/N = μs; (N is the vertical force, μs is the friction coefficient, fs is the friction force), generally the greater the braking force required, the greater the vertical force is required.

04 Lower powder shedding rate, the brake pads are worn out and the powder is consumed. Generally, a low powder shedding rate means that the brake pads can be used for a longer time.
