Clutch wrong operation type
1 Start in an incorrect gear
Whether it is no-load or full load, choose a set of speed ratio to start at the total speed, if necessary, increase the throttle to prevent the engine from stalling, and so on, after the clutch is fully combined, increase the engine speed and change to a higher gear.
2. Improper gear shift
When the vehicle is driving, when it does not reach the appropriate speed, it begins to upshift or directly raises to the high end, and the clutch will heat up and suffer serious wear. The speed and speed of the engine are very different, and the forced friction of the clutch is needed to achieve the same speed
3, vehicle overload, clutch overload
The design and recommendation of the clutch is for different vehicle applications and loads, and the limit cannot be exceeded. If the overall speed ratio of the transmission system cannot effectively withstand overload, the clutch must withstand the wear of high speed difference and large torque shift. Overload increases the torque borne by the transmission system (or exceeds the limit value), and the clamping force of the clutch diaphragm spring has a certain range. If the clutch exceeds this range, it will slip and seriously wear the clutch.
4, incorrect habits: feet have been stepping on the clutch pedal in normal driving, some drivers used to put their feet on the clutch pedal, inadvertently, the force will be transferred to the separation bearing through the separation system, the clutch compression force is reduced, so that the clutch is in a semi-separated state, resulting in clutch slip wear, overheating, bearing damage, etc. So don't keep your feet up while driving
On the clutch pedal.
5, use the sliding clutch to reduce the speed or stop the car
This operation is to replace the brake with the clutch, and the heat generated by the sliding clutch is much faster than the heat dissipation, so it leads to early wear of the clutch. Transmission in gear, clutch open coasting
6.
This operation will make the wheel through the transmission system (bridge and transmission) so that the speed from the rear to the clutch, in the total speed ratio of the reverse push, resulting in the driven disc assembly has a very high speed, so that the driven disc assembly burst, downhill sliding may cause the speed of the driven disc to reach 10000RPM.
7. Combine the clutch in sliding
This operation can result in a huge heavy load, damage the clutch, and damage the transmission and bridge.
