1. The clutch sub-cylinder is malfunctioning. Under the long-term wear and tear of the clutch plate and clutch pressure plate in winter, the internal dust will continue to increase, making the pressure claw hard. Once this happens, the clutch feel becomes heavier.
2. There is a leak in the gas valve. There is a filter in the air distributor. If it is not repaired and cleaned for a long time, it will become clogged. In the case of unsmooth air intake, the clutch's booster pump has no boosting effect, and the clutch will become very heavy.
3. The clutch sub-cylinder pressure is insufficient. Under normal circumstances, the air pressure of the clutch works at more than six air pressures. In winter, if the dashboard display is normal, but the air pressure of the clutch cylinder is low, then the clutch will become heavier.
4. The linkage mechanisms of the clutch are dirty and rusty. In winter, as the clutch is used for a long time, it is inevitable that there will be dirt accumulation, rust, etc., which is also the cause of the clutch to become heavier in winter.
Solutions to problems such as slow rebound of clutch, weak start, and weight gain in winter
Remove the clutch master cylinder and sub-cylinder and pipelines. Clean the dirt deposits with alcohol, and then clean them with high-pressure air. If necessary, replace parts such as aprons and cables according to the type of clutch. As for the linkage mechanism is too dirty or rusted, the clutch mechanism needs to be removed for cleaning, maintenance, oiling, etc., and the spacing should be adjusted according to the standard when the main installation is performed.
