It features high temperature resistance, stable friction coefficient and burn resistance. Segmented slots on friction surface realize fast heat dissipation and chip removal, reducing carbonization caused by slipping during half-clutch operation. Damping Spring Assembly: High-temperature resistant alloy springs with pre-compression fatigue test. They absorb engine torsional vibration for smooth starting, lower impact on gearbox and reduce shudder and abnormal noise. Steel Core Plate & Spline Hub: Thick stamped damping steel plate with quenching and tempering treatment. Splines are precision hobbed with proper fitting clearance to avoid spline wear, looseness and spline failure. Rivets: High-strength color-plated rivets for firm riveting, which are not easy to loosen or break under heavy load and bumpy working conditions.
