Brake lining Material and Technical Characteristics

Brake Pad Materials
Semi-metallic Materials: Containing 30% - 50% iron metal, they have good heat resistance and are suitable for high-speed and heavy-load conditions, but may produce noise.
NAO (Non-Asbestos Organic Materials): A blend of inorganic fibers and a small amount of steel fibers, they are low-noise, environmentally friendly, and suitable for urban driving.
Ceramic Materials: Containing ceramic fibers, they are wear-resistant, have excellent heat dissipation, and a long lifespan (60,000 - 80,000 kilometers), but are relatively expensive and suitable for high-speed vehicles.
Carbon Fiber / Powder Metallurgy: Resistant to high temperatures and lightweight, they are mostly used in high-performance sports cars and racing cars.
